The Girls Movement was born from a simple yet powerful moment of inspiration. Ten years ago, our founder, Cynthia Peña, attended a conference that deeply moved her. She felt a calling to bring that same experience of faith, connection, and encouragement to the community in Arizona. With a heart full of passion and a vision for unity, The Girls Movement was created to uplift and empower girls and women in their spiritual journey.

At our core, we believe in the power of faith and community. Rooted in the belief that we are one body in Christ, we have cultivated a strong network of churches and ministries across Arizona. Together, we’ve built a movement where girls and women can grow, support one another, and strengthen their relationship with God.

What began as a spark has grown into a thriving sisterhood—one where faith leads, friendships flourish, and lives are transformed.
